Option to turn off PIN for voice mail retrieval from our handsets

We just switched to RC and found out we cannot turn off the PIN for retrieving voice mail.  This sucks and is a standard with all other carriers.  For small businesses with only 1-2 employees there is no need for a PIN every time we check voicemail.  Please add a feature to turn-off this annoyance.  Thank you.

If you check them from your soft phone or web portal you dont need a pin

I posted in the IDEA category - not the "I need your dumb suggestions" category.  

We are not interested in logging on to a computer every time we want to check a voice mail - that's more work than putting in the PIN.  We specifically signed up with a service that supports physical desk phones and we shouldn't have to put in a PIN if we don't want it to retrieve messages. 

At this point our only option is to actually get an answering machine which is almost as absurd is RC not having an option to turn off the PIN . . .
