When receiving a call, not only does our client's name/number show up, but our business name is following behind it. It just started doing this yesterday and we haven't changed anything.....any suggestions?
I wonder if it has something to do with the new feature release? Is this with calls to your direct number, main number, other or all? There are some new display settings you may notice in your admin page. Here is something new I see under a call queue:
