Outbound Call Reporting - Missed Dialled Numbers

Currently, we can only report on missed calls for inbound calls. 

We'd like to be able to report on missed dialled numbers for outbound calls.
We've assumed that total number of outbound calls on current historical reporting includes everything (missed dialled/successful connection) which doesn't give a true reflection of actual total calls on reports.

For example, a call should only be added to the report if there is a dial tone on the outbound call. (This may already be the case but RC's helpdesk haven't suggested it is).
