We use an external answering service to answer our default to zero calls. Currently, I have an extension created that has an "unconditional transfer" rule that dials out to our external answering service. I have the setting for IVR Dial Zero calls to transfer to this extension.
Problem is: Our external answering service automatically captures the CID of the inbound caller. RC is sending the CID for our main line when it dials out instead of the original caller.
I've tinkered with settings and can't seem to figure out how to fix this.
