We have around 190 virtual phone numbers. It takes far too long to find and change the outgoing caller ID. My office is wasting a LOT of time. Can you please put these numbers in order so that we can find the number we want to use as our outgoing caller ID number?

I Steve,  I can change this to an Idea topic so it's seen by our product team. Can you help us understand your needs or reason. Do you employees frequently need to change this for some reason.  In most cases the outbound caller ID is set and not changed?

Hi Mike, I have 6 employees working full-time booking appointments on a nationwide scale for our contractors. When we return a voicemail call or when we respond to an email, we want to do it from the customers local area code. This gives the impression that we are a local company. This translates to a far higher conversion rate for us.

We have something like 180 virtual phone numbers and it's crazy to have to spend the time to search through all 180 phone numbers in order to find the one we are looking for. It's hard.

If those numbers were in order, we could change our outgoing caller id number on the fly in just seconds. As it is now it's frustrating as hell and my staff really doesn't want to do it.

My outgoing call to set appointment conversion goes up by around 25% when we call our customer from their local area code.  Most often if we show our 800 number as our caller id, the customer won't even answer the phone.

Each of my employees needs to do this several times per hour.

Please help me with this frustrating, time consuming and expensive situation. Thank you, Steve Gordon.

Hi Steve, thanks for the clarification. I've changed this to an "idea" topic so that it gets reviewed.

When can I expect a resolution? BTW, if you check my account you'll find that I pay around $600.00 per month.

Hi Steve, I can't make any promises when it comes to system changes. However all the Idea topics on the Community get reviewed by our Product team regularly. Some ideas are easier to implement than others and our product team allocate their time and resources to the ideas that have the most demand and benefit the greatest number of people. If this thread gets a lot of activity and "likes" then it will catch their attention.

If they can't be put in order, how about add a (find) field?  I'd be willing to pay a couple of hundred dollars for the programming. The lack of it cost me at least that much every week.

Hi Steve, I understand your situation and I wish I could immediately do something like this for you. However our Product Team prioritizes all projects to benefit the largest number of customers, so at this time I can't say when, or if this will happen.
