I have a US account, and we are a marketing company. I just installed the RingCentral for Outlook integration, and it works fine. I set the default phone as my desktop app so I only need to work with one app. My frustration is that the RingCentral for Outlook integration panel pops up in my Outlook screen every time I use the Outlook dialer. The dialer dials using my desktop app, so I don't need the Outlook screen, and need to "x" out of it every time. The function is ok, but a little cumbersom. The best case situation would be if it could simply be "point and click" instead of "right click and select" and the Outlook screen would not pop up, but it would just dial out using my desktop app.
