Partner Portal Feature Requests

I think a partner log-in portal where we can see all of our signed up RingCentral customers and their main company numbers, to make for easier signing in their accounts for programming and access.

There is one, sort of- accounts.ringcentral.com  You need to link all accounts you have credentials for to your own, but is does save them so when you return you can click into your customer accounts more easily.

Chris.... after you try the link Brandon shared, let us know what you think, or add additional features that you'd like to see to this thread. 

Or if it does everything you need, comment on that too.

Yeah it's pretty cool, being able to log into any account I have the credentials for, now I just have to add them all and when I do new installs I will build myself an extension so I can always get into customer accounts.

Yep, that is what I have been doing.  I suppose what would make it better is if there was a way to see all my customers with their main numbers.  As it is now, the new partner portal went kind of "dumb" on this point.  I can see list of my customers, but nowhere can I see their account phone number or really anything else about them for that matter..

FYI.. I updated this title so that it's more obvious to other resellers.  Keep posting other ideas for the Partner Portal here.  We haven't had much feedback on this since it was launched.

I like being able to add all my customers into one simple log in ..but I agree being able to see their company name and main number would be better than just my random extension and name- obviously it's not a perfect solution so hopefully with some brainstorming we can make it better.
