Password invalid every time

US Account; New.  Glip App is giving everyone on my team, "Invalid password" message every time we attempt to log in.  Passwords have all been verified.  At least one of us has changed passwords and it continues to give the invalid message when attempting to log in.  8 Users.

Hey Kelli,

Are your Users logging in with their email address or phone number? Do you have the same error message when logging into the Mobile, Desktop, or Web app?

Logging in with email.  Only utilize the PC App.  We are just getting accounts set up.

Hey Kelli, when you say you're just getting accounts set up, does that mean this is the first time your Users are logging in? Or have they been able to login before? Have you tried logging into the web or mobile version?

Logged in before.  Everyone has logged in at least once.  When we go out and attempt to log back in, we get the error message that it won't accept the password.  Have not used the Glip web or mobile version.  Don't want to.  This is a team communication tool while working.

Hmmm...that's odd, Kelli. You'll need to contact Support so we can further troubleshoot and gather logs.
