Mobile App: Android password issue

Since the password change on the account, I have lost access to my android app. The password is not valid. When I try lost password, it is prompting me to create a password with mixed characters, which is not possible on my phone. This is very confusing - I have one password for the desktop login, a different password for my phone set and another for the app. This is not right!

Sorry you're having trouble with logging in.  It looks like you're on an older version of the Mobile App.  Please update to the latest and you should be able to log in using mixed characters.
