-wanted to perform call monitoring using the RingCentral Mobile App

-to improve agent/employee performance and manage opportunities (for a possible closed sale, help the agent) while the supervisor is on the go or not around but still can assist through this feature

Yes I agree this feature is on the desktop app but not the mobile app. There should be no difference between the two apps. Please make them the functions available on RC mobile app. We have downloaded all the RC apps from play store and it is not in any of them at the moment.
