It has come to our attention you may have received notification messages that incorrectly identify RingCentral as the sender. These emails (sent from email@example.com) are not valid RingCentral emails and may contain email viruses.
Here is how you can verify that an email is from RingCentral:
· Sender email address should be firstname.lastname@example.org
· Log-on to your account via mobile app, desktop app or via browser at www.service.ringcentral.com and confirm that you have messages that would send notifications.

Please work with your IT Administrator to block emails to your company from this sender (email@example.com).
