We have 2 phone numbers, 1 number for each of our company's brands. When we receive texts we don't know which company phone number our customers are texting to. The texts are often vague so we currently don't have a way to identify which company our customer is referring to. We don't want to ask because we don't want our customers thinking the 2 brands are the same even though our Customer Service team works for both brands. We need SMS texting ID.
