Phone showing offline with a time/date out of sync message

Polycom phone is no longer working and it is showing a line not registered message

David - is the phone a 3rd party phone or was it purchased from RingCentral?  Does the phone have an IP Address?

Your phone (on Ext 101 SN ending in ***90BE) hasn't registered with our system since 04/19 - this is usually due to the ports not being configured on the router.  You will want to check those also.

It would certainly help if we knew which phone make and model you are speaking about. RingCentral supports several makes and models.

Same is happening with me. Phone is from Ring Central and is a Polycom.

I have a  Polycom IP 5000 Conference Phone that shows the correct date but wrong time. How do I change this ? Thank you.

Please Check the Extension Timezone first if it was setup correctly.
Phone's Date & Time Sync on the Extension where they are assign.
