Too many times my phone goes offline in the web portal yet I am still able to make calls.  So I end up missing critical business calls which means I lose money!  RingCentral needs to create an alert system that notifies me that the phone went offline so I can remedy the situation asap.  Yes the phone also forwards to my cellphone but that does not help me when I either leave my cellphone somewhere else or when my cellphone is dead.  Just being able to forward is not a solution to a definite bug or problem with the Ringcentral solution!  This need fixing asap as I have lost business!
