Phone Down for the FIFTH WEEKEND in a row! 

IS anyone else having this issue? This is destroying our business. The message states "Message 203 we're sorry the number you have called had been disconnected" 

Ring Central Support has not helped us and this only happens on the weekend when they are conveniently off work.

Phones are not "down" - this seems to be an issue with regards to a number you are trying to dial....

Sorry you're having such troubles, this sounds really frustrating. Our support is available 24/7, so we should be able to investigate these issues for you while you are experiencing them.

We would need more details to understand what's going on here. The fastest way for us to investigate these issues when you open a case with RingCentral support is to have call samples of the issue. If you can get some today while the issue is occurring, and gather at least two samples for us to investigate, we should be able to better understand what's going on.

I've included a call sample template below that you can use to document the issue when it occurs.

- Date, Time, and Time Zone:
- Describe what happened in detail:

Once you have a couple examples of the issue, please create a case with us and we will investigate this for you.
