Plantronics Voyager Legend UC - NEED RING CENTRAL SUPPORT!!

I am considering the new Plantronics Voyager Legend UC. What a great headset! Awsome voice recognition commands. Switch from your desktop to your i-phone. No hardware on your desk. Just the headset & Ring Central Soft-phone. The problem is RingCentral has such a limited group of headsets that they recommend (read support). They are all very mediocer products. I love Ring Central, but hate the supported headsets. They are all designed for call centers where the employer does not care about comfort of employees. Plantronics has a list of 10-15 phone vendors that do support their headsets. Ring Central is not one of them. The Plantronics code is posted for any company to add to their systems. Ring Central claims to be an industry leader. Time to start showing it!

I Use a Plantronics Voyager PRO HD, which I feel works FANTASTIC for Business Telephone calls as its comfortable and the audio quality is quite good, however I have had Audio Issues with RingCentral's Desktop App and they do need to do a better job supporting the compatibility of their software.   I am not an IT Tech or a Software Developer so I don't know all the ins and outs, however the Desktop App is my primary phone and Audio Issues are a MAJOR concern.

Plantronics told me that the headset will perform best on your desktop if you use the USB adaptor. Check their website. They will provide excellent support. I think you can also buy it on Amazon.

I've owned the Voyager Legend UC for about 2 weeks now, and I'm highly impressed.  I'm using it with the RingCentral desktop app on Mac OS X 10.10.2, with the BT300 USB adapter that came with it, and the sound is great.  The desktop charging dock works great, and the auto answer feature on my cell phone is awesome, love that it can be connected to my Mac and iPhone at the same time.

I really wish RingCentral would add official support for it though, like Skype has.  It would be great to be able to answer the call from the headset button or auto answer instead of being tied to my computer.  That said, it's overall a great device.

RingCentral people if you are reading this:  PLEASE ADD OFFICIAL SUPPORT FOR THIS DEVICE.  IT MAKES USING YOUR SERVICES MUCH EASIER.  Thanks.

Can I add to this request - we need RingCentral for desktops to add support for this headset. Need to be able to answer and hangup from the headset.
