1. US
3. We use Okta for SSO and on a shared PC we'd like to have multifactor authentication. Instead of using an individual's cellphone, we opted for U2F keys. Works fine in Chrome, but doesn't work in the Glip app. Would like to see that enabled.
4. These are on PoS counter computers at retail stores. They will use Glip to contact team members for assistance. Would be nice to use the Windows app instead of a Chrome tab.
5. speed and efficiency
7. We have around 36 employees affected by this

Hi Greg,
Thanks for writing!  We are using the Electron framework for our desktop app, which is the reason for the disparity here.  See more info here: https://github.com/brave/browser-laptop/issues/518

We'll keep an eye out for workarounds, but most of the ones we see are mostly hacks right now and aren't reliable.  We're hopeful the Electron community will find a way to support it in the future since most of our industry is using Electron right now (Slack, MS Teams, Dialpad, etc.)

Thanks again for writing.  Feel free to DM me (ted.jaffe@ringcentral.com) if you would like to chat more!

Thanks Ted. I appreciate the specifics. That's a large community so I have high hopes that this will change soon! Have a great day!
