We use the RingCentral Meetings app for specific online meetings in which the host acts as a moderator. This causes some issues as well since the users can save any and all chats. There is sometimes sensitive/confidential information in these chats, that if put in the wrong hands could cause our company damages. If we could simply toggle the chat feature on/off it would be huge.
