1. Account Type: RingCentral Australia

2. A brief description of the business: Financial and administration services

3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Company caller ID & Business SMS Feature required

4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: Clients need to know it is us calling back so they answer the phone call
5. Benefit of such feature: I think it is obvious why companies like us need such an important feature
6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines (Phone Licenses) 50 if you give us this option
7. Include any related case number if applicable: submitted internally.
