The old RC soft phone allowed us to delete calls from the call log. It was easy and simple. Now I must go to the online account to accomplish the same. Please bring back this feature on the new desktop app.

MIke,

Thank you for your info on the newest desktop application. The call log icon will be at the top of the RC for desktop application which looks like a clock and if you just hover over it you can see that call log will be listed as the icon name. Click that icon to take you to call logs in the app. You can then click the garbage can beside the search box and it will say This will delete all call records from your account. Do you want to proceed? Click the red delete button or cancel to keep the logs.

Thank you,

James, thanks for your reply. My issue isn't with deleting all all records. That icon is pretty obvious. The feature I'm requesting is the ability to delete individual log records from the desktop app, not all of them.
Thanks
