It would be nice to have a way where the phone system understands that the call was made from an internal phone and can go through regardless. ie if I want to dial the extension of another person in the company after business hours, I can still get through to them even if that person has after hours set up.
We'd like this feature as well. It's quite the tedious task to set up each user with an advanced rule. I'm currently setting it up so that if a user's DID is called after hours, their extension will still ring. That way, it's going to most likely be from someone internally as we aren't frivolously giving out our DID numbers.
