User Settings: internal calls to go through regardless of the business hours.

It would be nice to have a way where the phone system understands that the call was made from an internal phone and can go through regardless. ie if I want to dial the extension of another person in the company after business hours, I can still get through to them even if that person has after hours set up.

Wow is this a tedious way to do this.  Assuming I can get it to work which I have not yet.  This really should be an option. ALLOW CALLS FROM INTERNAL.

This would be great. We set User Hours to give us time to work without interruptions from clients but we frequently need to talk to each other.

We have the same issue. I do not want to be disturb from outside calls after hours but need to talk with employees within the company during that time. This would be a great feature/setting to have and seems like it should not be too hard to implement.

Are you wanting all internal calls to be able to reach any number?  Or a specific number. Setting a Rule Based on Incoming Caller ID might work depending on exactly what you want to do.

Yes I would like for anyone to be able to call any internal number by just dialing the extension.

We'd like this feature as well. It's quite the tedious task  to set up each user with an advanced rule. I'm currently setting it up so that if a user's DID is called after hours, their extension will still ring. That way, it's going to most likely be from someone internally as we aren't frivolously giving out our DID numbers.

I think it would be a lot easier, and more what RC customers want if there was a setting that we could just check on for internal calls. I work 7:30 to 5 "scheduled" but who works exactly that? I wish in a perfect world I did. What if there's a big project/deadline we need to meet. We're here late and need to talk to each other. Surely there's a way for RC Dev's to distinguish between internal calls and external calls.

So this means that 2 people at the same company who are working late on a project have NO WAY of calling each others phone.  They can text, but if they decide they need to speak they either need to walk over (if in same building)  or call on their cell phones.  They are locked out from reaching each other on the system.  This is CRAZY :(

This seems like such a common sense feature to have.  It is amazing that 2 years later, this is still not a reality.  I was informed by customer support today that it might be available within the next couple of releases.  #fingerscrossed
