We have 5 call queues set up and people that rotate weekends. Some users belong to multiple queues & some need to go into queues they don't normally work if they are covering a weekend. It would be nice for the User, upon logging in, to choose which call queue(s) they should sign into. A multi-select checkbox option perhaps. In order for this function to be enabled & viewable at a User level, the Admin would have to set it up through the Admin console and mark if a User has the permission to do this. This would eliminate an admin from having to add/remove users each time we need them to change their work function. It also allows Users who are covering non-traditional hours to jump in as needed to assist.
