please hold for next available agent

Please provide an option to disable the message “Please hold for next available agent” when someone dials the call queue or group.

There is an option called 'Call Queue Greeting' under Greeting & Hold Music (for the queue) that disables that - or you can change the recording.

Unless I'm mistaken, that does what you want.

Hey Chris, you can create a Custom Greeting or you can disable the Greeting all together

I created a custom recording, but it still says that same message after the custom recording.  Suggestions?  Thanks.
