Please send daily call reports out first thing in the morning.  It doesn't do us much good to get yesterday's report when the next day is already almost over.  Thanks.

4. It is difficult to manage call volume with reports that come out 7 hours after our day has already begun.
5. It would make it significantly easier to manage me employee's call volume if I know what it was the day before at the start of the day.
