Polycom Soundstation IP 6000 Won't Connect

Hello, I have been working with my company IT department to set up our Polycom Soundstation IP 6000 with RingCentral. We have attempted to automatically provision the device, and have followed all the recommended steps. Upon rebooting the device we have had no luck, and the screen says Network down. After reading forums online everyone stated to reach out to an implementation specialist regarding my issue. Any advice how to proceed?
