We are experiencing issues with call quality. more specifically international calls. it occurs both when we are talking to international coworkers and when we are talking to people outside of our network. We have no control over their network speeds however one reason we initially signed up with ring central is that we were told calls (specifically international calls) were connected over a dedicated bridge, where we would eliminate call drops and quality issues that sometimes occurred with our skype calls. We have had such a low success rate with international conference calling that now my users are going back to skype and/or freeconferencecall.com and having more successful calls. this issue disrupts our international business immensely. We can't be the only ones experiencing this.

Are you an admin on your account?  Have you reviewed the QOS logs and reported specific examples to RingCentral support for analysis?  It is hard to give any specific advice based on what you wrote, but I wonder what other details you have about your network and details about the poor calls like specific countries vs domestic calls and specific bridge numbers for conferences, etc.?
