Pre-schedule Prompt recordings

Currently, we can initiate a call recording prompt but we have to send the call at the date/time we create the initiation. We would like the ability to pre-schedule the call at a future date/time and receive notification when the recording is completed. This will help us manager the prompt recordings for our Agency IVRs and call queues.
