presence feature not available in admin features?

There is no presence option under Users > Phones &  Numbers > Phones
I am using RingCentral ProPlus and  Polycom VVX-411 phones so I am a little confused why I cant set this feature up?

My Goal is to have all my incoming calls ring to one extension and have the ability to pick those calls up at any other extension. I don't like using call cues to ring all phones because if a call comes in and our main extension is on the phone, the second call is only ringing the other extensions. Usually we want the main person answering the phone, to put the first call on hold and answer the second call.

It turns out that the RingCentral ProPlus plan does not have presence in its feature set. This feature is currently available to all of our RingCentral Office and Google Apps Edition plans. We have the Office plans listed on the Business Phones Plans and Pricing page.
