A high level description of the product or feature being requested:

The company need a feature where they can see the presence of the users that is within a virtual extension. The company is aware that we can use it within a call queue but it just happen that a certain feature they need is not available from call queue.

The scenario is this :

The Company needs a feature from a call queue which is when a whisper for call queue within a user was enabled they should get option to set it only for one or all call queue (the whisper) . Since this is not available from the call queue we assign the phone number under a user extension that makes presence not available, they cannot monitor the user that part of the call handling within that user extension
