Prevent callers from dialing other extensions when in caller queue

We are a company that provides white labeled tech support to various other companies. 

At the moment, it is possible for callers waiting in a call queue to dial another extension. While we can change our extension numbers to be less susceptible to button mashing, it would be beneficial to prevent callers from dialing other call queues. 

This feature would greatly reduce caller anxiety. At the moment, our agents are answering calls as Company A when the caller expected to reach Company B. The misdirected calls are confusing to both our agents and the clients.
