Previous User greeting still active

When clients call, they are getting the voicemail for the person previously using the extension. I have recorded custom voicemail under User Settings but still coming up with wrong greeting. Please help

Double check the recordings found in the Screening, Greeting & Hold Music tab - or - double check the Record User Name under User Details tab - or - verify no advanced rule are not enacted - or - verify no separate greeting for after hours.
