    Due to work from home, many utilizes meetings. Somehow even if the meetings was started without Video, the participants has the option to turn On their camera even without permission of the Host or by accident it can be turned On upon joining the meeting, which sometimes makes it uncomfortable for others in the meeting to see unnecessary background or view.
  5. Benefit of such feature: More Control of the Host in the Meeting they are facilitating and prevents accidental sharing of video upon joining the Meeting,

Please make it work like the knocking doorbell feature.  So there is a setting that forces each user to request to use video when a user turns on a webcam, and it alerts the meeting host to click Allow.

Some meeting hosts might want an "Allow all webcams" feature as well, so each individual request doesn't need to be granted.
