problem with call time

Ring central dont have Total talk time of my agents for the day. Like if I want to know how much time is spend on the phone a day they dont track that. Only how much time is spend on each call.

Hey Amy, have you looked at the Analytics Portal? It has information such as Queue and User Total Handle Time. Would that help you?
