I think it would be nice if RC would allow call park buttons to be programmed on the sets. This would allow you to park a call (with status lights) and then anyone who has the call park button/s on there phone can pick up the call by pressing the call park button. They can also put the call on hold by pressing the same button. This would emulate a square system. Depending on the size of the business you could have 1-6 buttons. Makes it much easier to transfer/answer calls and know who was put on hold.
