After newly provisioning the Yealink T46G phone.  The message button does not call the voice mail box.

So when a voice mail is left, the message light turns red but when I go to press the button, I just get a busy signal

Is there something extra that has to be done?

#Configure the voice mail number for account X.
voice_mail.number.X =

ok, so is this a mis on the provisioning process?  will my changes get over written at some time?  voice mail buttons work on the cisco phones and polycom after a provision

Like I said, is it supsto work once the phone is provisioned or it is not?

thanks

Chuck

Hey Chuck, sounds like Support may need to look into the phone's settings and how it provisioned in order to help. I would suggest opening a case
