Promotion to Conference: need option to turn off audio prompts

We are a US-based investment firm that very recently migrated to RingCentral from an on-premise PBX. Our executives' calls are handled by their assistants--i.e., they perform very little of actual interaction with the phone system themselves beyond talking on the calls and are used to a high degree of hand-holding.

We're exploring the Conference calling features of the Windows app; our users are finding it quite useful to be able to add multiple participants into a call on the fly, as well as promoting that call into a conference bridge. This is especially useful because it allows the original caller to either put the call on hold or even hang up, with the call continuing uninterrupted for the other participants. However, we've had a request for the option to turn off the announcement that comes immediately after promoting the call (i.e., "there are x participants; please announce yourself"). Some people are finding the announcement rather intrusive, and there are situations where the call organizer does not wish for all participants to know how many people are on the call.

This is crucial for us too, as the local conferencing on the phone is useless, because if I move to another line, the other participants are all placed on a hold...

This is also important for us. It sounds unprofessional. RC please fix this before you loose customers

Yes please!  Many from our company have reported this as highly disruptive to meetings for a number of reasons.  It also seems unnecessary and not useful as the name is not announced anyways - people get confused and blurt out names after a meeting is started.  It is awkward and undesirable.  Seems easy enough to disable?!?
