i would like to maintain consistent text-to-speech (TTS) messages across the
RC Auto Attendant system.  having access to the same text-to-speech engine used by RC via a web interface would allow for that consistency.

I also would like to have this ability.  Is this currently available?

No, it's not currently available. But, it will help our developers to understand more details. Can you explain the need or provide a use case scenario and how you would use this?

Hi Mike,
When I setup our system we wanted three groups (sales x1, tech support x2, billing x3).  We setup the three groups but the main company greeting does not support groups with the text to speech functionality (the "default" greeting).

The default greeting says "Thank you for calling Innovative Accounting, if you know your parties extension you may dial it at any time, for the operator press 0.  It does not include the groups.  This means that we have to record our own main company greeting.  If we have to record our own main greeting then we should record all the group greetings also so they all sound the same.

The functionality for the greetings you have on the groups works great.  It gives a perfect default greeting with the proper name of the group.  I just wish the main company greeting worked the same way so we did not have to record all of our greetings.

If we had access to the text to speech function that is used for the default greetings for the groups, then we could make our own main company greeting that matched the voice for the groups greetings.

Thanks,
