Calls being placed to Puerto Rico 787 should be considered as a "local call or free" since it is a Territory of the United States along with the US Virgin Islands. This feature change will help me being able to market RingCentral as a competitor to line 2 and vonage. Your consideration of this feature change would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not trying to discourage, or disappoint you but this thread is over a year old and only has 3 votes. So, it's not nearly as high on the radar as many other requests. I don't personally have a way to escalate such an issue, but I do report regularly to our product team. The best way to get something on the radar is to get a lot of votes and have more users comment and provide use case scenarios and explain how it would benefit their business.
So.. anyone else who would like to see this, please vote and comment and tell us a little about your business, number of users, DLs etc.
I hope this helps.

They didn't even realize the other Vet was in Puerto Rico as it was just a consult call for help with an Orthopedic case.

To be clear calling to Puerto Rico is possible but it falls under International and requires international calling to be enabled as stated in the original post today. I understand that this is not ideal so we're looking at how to make it easier to reach your customers and partners in this region.
While Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands are US territories they do have distinct rates because of traditional operator treatments (Guam and other territories have a similar challenge).
Based on this feedback we will look to enable this as part of our calling packages. As well as defaulting Puerto Rico and other US territories as on by default. We'll mark this as planned once we are able to share a date/release.
