Question about unassigned phone

I currently have 2 unassigned phones, 1 of them no longer works, and I want to replace it with my own SIP phone to use as a digital line to an existing extension to enable direct dial from the desktop app.. What charges would our company incur for this, would it be the onetime setup, with the $12.00 something administrative fee, and other associated one times, or would there also be a monthly recurring fee

I would suggest contacting your Account Manager in order to get the full breakdown on pricing since it does depend upon your contract. Do you know who your Account Manager is?

To what Saadet mentioned, it would also depend on how many lines you have with which edition of RIngCentral Office. If you only have one-user (a single digital line ), you cannot just assign a phone to extension unless there is also a digital line assigned to that extension. Then per-line charges would depend on which edition you have.
