I would like to see an integration between Quickbooks and RingCentral that will allow me to fax outstanding invoices to my customers by clicking in Quickbooks for the command.

People still use fax?  :0

In seriousness, my feeling is that this unlikely to get much traction as an official RingCentral integration, but is probably technically doable.  If your company is willing to spend some money to have someone develop it, you might want to visit the developer community and share your idea there to see what kind of feedback you can about about the feasibility and estimated cost.  https://devcommunity.ringcentral.com/ringcentraldev

Actually, it just occurred to me that you may be able to do this quite easily.  You can email invoices from Quickbooks, right?  RingCentral has fax via email already.  So..  it seems you could just email invoices to 5105551212@rcfax.com and get what you need.  Does that work for you?  https://success.ringcentral.com/articles/RC_Knowledge_Article/6643

Hi Brandon. Thanks for the input. And yes, customers still use faxes. Particularly independent retail customers. It's a great way to remind them of outstanding invoices without having to call each one. So your suggestion indicates all I have to do is email it to one single email. How will that convert to multiple faxes? I don't want the invoices emailed. I'm already doing that through Quickbooks. I need them sent to each individual retail location fax.

Check the link I shared,  It should explain.  The concept is that you can send an email to <fax number>@rcfax.com and RingCentral converts it to a fax and sends it as a fax.  So in quickbooks you would populate the email address for each customer with their "special" email address like 4155551234@rcfax.com and from your perspective treat them as emails, but know that they will be delivered as faxes.

Victor, I'll try to help explain.  RingCentral includes an Email to Fax service, where you can enter a fax number in the format of an email address as Brandon explained above.  Our system receives the email and sends it out as a fax to the recipient.  The KB article will detail the steps.

Knowledge Article: Sending Faxes Using Email (Email-to-Fax)

The trick in getting this to work is that any email address that are sending the faxes must be set up before hand. See link to KB article.   Now...it's been a while since I've used Quickbooks so can't guarantee this will work but,  you'll have to find out what the email address is that Quickbooks is sending from. You may have to call Intuit and ask their support.  Even though Quickbooks will have a field that you enter your email address in, the Quickbooks program is most likely sending from some other address.
