2018-06-28 This was fixed in the latest release to production version 10.01 If you remove the older version, then install the current version this should solve it. If this does not resolve the issue, it is something for which you will need to create a support case.
To check your version# by login to the RingCentral Desktop and select the GEAR button in the lower left corner and look for the About choice in the sidebar
