Ability to reassign a direct number from user to queue

I used to be able to assign my company numbers across different phones or queues all the time.  allowing phones to have multiple numbers, and allowing me to send all calls to a number to a queue. (the window used to have a 3-panel table design, the numbers were listed in the middle with drop downs, when i selected them the right panel would allow me to select "auto-receptionist/user/queue)

i am not a fan of the new views, and it doesn't have the same functionality... I've been on a call with support and they are unable to assist me thru it, they were able to do it themselves, but told me this functionality has been removed?!!!  WHY!?

i use this function frequently, so removing my ability to do this myself really sucks!
