Receive text alert for voicemails marked by caller as "URGENT"

Currently, if a caller marks a voicemail as "urgent", it is emailed to our user.  However, what if it is after hours? The caller thinks he has left a voicemail that will be forwarded to the intended employee ASAP - since it was marked urgent - but without a text alert option, my employee will not get that message until they are back in the office.  It is confusing to callers, and possibly detrimental to my business in the event of a true urgent situation.  

(The current available option to just receive ALL messages as email and text does not work as a solution - that would be way too many weekend and evening texts to my employees. We just want the urgent ones!)

Urgent Voicemail Notifications on the app. I want a feature wherein i can tell if the voicemail i received is urgent or not. As of this moment, the only way i can do to check if it's an urgent VM if i will check my email notifications
