Change the Auto-Attendant Call Recording to allow a new feature to specify automatic outbound call recording to record calls to either specific states or specific area codes.  This will allow our legal and compliance teams to decide to enable automatic call recording to those people.  The periodic beep every 15 seconds should still remain an option ( but should be changed to not be interrupting - only audible )

I agree. We should have this option available.

This is something I asked for recently.  My reseller told me it was on their roadmap, but once I spoke to the RingCentral devs, they indicated that this is not a feature they are implementing, however it is doable with their APIs.  They suggested that I use either their in-house professional services or a third party consulting company.  They both want around 20k to implement this feature.  I find it ridiculous, considering Vonage Business natively supports this.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Record all outbound calls EXCEPT in the states that require two party consent?.

I wanted to to see if we can make it so that we record all outbound calls EXCEPT in the states that require two party consent? There are like 10 or 11. Can you add that functionality?
