Deskphones: Red Indicator Light

We have several phones, but having issue with 2 specific extensions. One phone is a Polycom VVX410, and the other is Polycom VVX500.

Labeling these extensions 1 and 2, on phone 1 and 2 respectively.

Phone 1 shows extension 2 with a solid red light. Phone 2 shows extension 1 with a solid red light. Both phones have DND disabled. Each phone can call the other with no problem. All works, but on each one, it looks like the other one is unavailable.

How can I get these indicator lights to go away?

Hi Tony,
This usually the result of 1 of 3 things. 
A. The phones are broken or just need to be rebooted to clear the message. This can usually be corrected by rebooting the phones to clear the message itself.
B. The router firewall isn't letting our servers talk to the hone, or the phones respond to our servers. This can be corrected by ensuring the ports in the firewall are accommodated. They should be allowing ports 5060-5090 from our servers.
C. Something is wrong with the servers on our side and they are not updating the phones properly. We would have to do a live test to determine this and would require you calling in to open a case.

Hopefully you can try A and B first real quick to rule that out. If you are still having issues please create a case, and we can help with any questions you might have and provide assistance on the live testing.
