Red Light Indicator

Hello, we cannot seem to get the red light indicator to turn on when voice mails are left. Any ideas?? Appears to be company wide.

First thing I would check is Under NOTIFICATIONS (for the user) that the "Mark message as read once emailed" is not checked.

That is checked actually. So the email notifications being sent means that the light will not go on?

The first box is to have a email sent notifying the user they have a message.
The second box is to have the actual message sent with the email as an attachment.
Meaning, if only the first box is checked, they only get an email notification there is a message.  But by checking box 1 and 2, they receive the email with the message so they can listen to it within the email.

The third box is what lights the light.  Therefore, if not checked, they receive a light.  If checked they do not and the message is automatically moved to the save folder.  Does that make sense?
