Redesign RingCentral Phone App GUI where the Accept call queue calls is visible at the top portion of the gui

Add a drop down menu where call queue agents can login to the queue directly instead of going to the profile. Add feature to HUD where it shows agents call queue status (login or logout) so other agents and managers can see who are currently login to the queue.
