Redial Button is missing from the main screen Polycom VVX 400

Hi Guys, 

i was using this Polycom VVX 400 with 8x8, it did have redial button at the main screen, but when i configured this phone with Ring Central its redial button is missing from home (main screen, please help

  1. Account type :U.S., Canada Calling
  2. A brief description of the business : Information Technology
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Redial Button On home screen polycom vvx 400
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: redialing the call, 
  5. Benefit of such feature: redialing the dialed number
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 10+ digital lines

You can still have a speed dial to your phone.

As long as you do have access to an Admin Portal, it would be better!

this is not all about redialing the number in the same organization, our every individual employee has to make atleast  100-120 calls per day, so it wont be possible for them to speed dial.! and all 100-120 calls are just for some outsourcing stuff.

Thanks for the extra clarification. This functionality is not available at this time. I will switch this question into an idea.
