redial numbers on polycom without re-entering the number

I would really like to be able to select a missed call on my polycom phone and have the phone dial it without having to re-enter the number. It appears that it is missing the country pre-fix, but i can enter the number without that pre-fix manually and it will dial anyway. Internal extensions show as 5 digit numbers, and also have to be entered manually. I feel like I am missing something with the setup of the system.

Which phone do you have? I would check out some of Polycom's documentation depending on the phone you have.

Hi Jessica, 
It's a WX 501. I do not see anything helpful relating to the Recent Calls menu for dialing, or configuring to dial from. I even have issues if I save a recent call, as it seems to know that the country ('1') code is missing when I save it. However, I can dial a number without the country code from the dial pad, and it works just fine.
