RingCentral provided no support for us in removing the Glip app in an automated manner, so we had to figure it out for ourselves.

For Windows, we ran these 2 commands:
%localappdata%\Glip\Update.exe -uninstall /s /q
rd /s /q %localappdata%\Glip

For Mac, we ran
sudo rm -R /Applications/
sudo rm -R ~/Library/Application\ Support/Glip
sudo rm -R ~/Library/Preferences/com.Glip.Glip.helper.plist
sudo rm -R ~/Library/Preferences/com.Glip.Glip.plist

We'd really like to see better support for uninstallation in the future, but hopefully this helps anyone else who's looking to do this across devices at their organization.
